Event details, dates, locations, and registration URLs are compiled from public sources and manual curation. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability of any event.

You may use the Service for lawful personal and professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at a rate that impairs the Service, introducing malware, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.

You are responsible for verifying event details and registration requirements directly with event organizers before making travel or purchase decisions.

The Service contains links to external websites operated by event organizers and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

TechEventsHQ branding, design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Event names, logos, and organizer trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service or reliance on event information.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for use of the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for the public MVP, is zero).

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
