License Agreement

This License Agreement applies to the TechEventsHQ website, its user interface, documentation, and original content created for the Service ("Licensed Materials").

Third-party event information, trademarks, and linked materials are not licensed under this agreement and remain the property of their respective owners.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Licensed Materials for lawful viewing and reference purposes in connection with discovering technology events.

This license does not permit republication of substantial portions of the site, commercial redistribution of our database, or use of our branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not: reverse engineer the Service; remove copyright or proprietary notices; use automated means to extract data at scale; sublicense or resell access to the Service; or use the Service to build a competing product primarily based on our curated presentation or proprietary features.

Fair use and rights granted by applicable law are not limited by this agreement.

The Service may incorporate open-source software components. Those components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses, which govern your use of those portions independently of this agreement.

Event titles, descriptions, logos, and registration links may be subject to copyrights and trademarks of organizers and sponsors. Display on our site is for informational and discovery purposes only.

Organizers who believe content should be updated or removed may contact the site operator.

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Licensed Materials except as allowed by law.
